Treating Back Pain

Another simple as well as effective method for treating back pain is to take a bed rest for day or two. However, take serious effort to become more active.When in bed use a hot water bag or heating pad where the pain is being felt before you start taking any medication. Some people also find that treating back pain is simply achieved by using an ice bag at the site of the pain for five minutes will help reduce whatever inflammation there is.
